a statement on the clubs website said "westham united have allowed midfilder nigel quashie to join birmingham city on an intial months loan."



the player has not played for westham in over a year since the 4 3 deaft buy spurs at home in march 2007 haveing been plaged with a persistent foot injury.
the player has played three times for birmingham resevers in trial period at the club and was on the bench for the championship fixture agains crsytal place tonight.
